Chronoré Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Chronoré. By purchasing or using any Chronoré product, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline the policies and obligations related to your Chronoré timepiece. Please read carefully to understand the terms associated with your purchase.
1. General Terms
Chronoré timepieces are crafted with the highest quality standards and are inspected for performance and durability. However, by purchasing a Chronoré product, you acknowledge that the following terms and conditions apply.
2. Warranty Coverage
Chronoré offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.

Water damage to the timepiece. While Chronoré watches are designed to withstand daily wear, water exposure beyond normal humidity or splash resistance is at the owner’s risk and is not covered under warranty.

Unauthorized modifications, adjustments, or repairs by third parties.
3. Repairs
Chronoré provides complimentary repairs for any manufacturing defects covered under warranty. To qualify for free repairs:

You must ship the timepiece to Chronoré's designated service center at your own cost.

Proof of purchase must be included to verify warranty status.
For repairs outside of the warranty coverage, Chronoré offers repair services at a reasonable cost. In such cases, the customer is responsible for both the cost of the repair and the return shipping.
4. Product Transfer and Shipping
Chronoré is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays occurring during shipping. It is advised to use a reliable and insured carrier for the transfer of the product to Chronoré’s service center.
5. Liability Limitations
Chronoré’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch as determined at Chronoré’s discretion. Under no circumstances will Chronoré be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use, malfunction, or inability to use the timepiece.
6. Service Locations
Chronoré timepieces can only be serviced at official Chronoré repair centers. Repairs or modifications by unauthorized parties void the warranty.
By purchasing or using a Chronoré timepiece, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Chronoré reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7. REDUND TIMELINE
In the event of an approved return, please note that refunds will be processed and initiated within business 8-12 days from the date of return approval. This processing time allows us to ensure all necessary quality checks and verifications are completed for each returned item. Upon initiation, the refund will be credited to your original payment method; processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
